I’m a freelance writer and editor who was an automation engineer for fifteen years. I’m also bipolar. My areas of expertise include mental health/illness, building resilience, parenting, health and fitness, and women’s fiction.

I have an Honours Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree with a Minor in Arts from McGill University, a Creative Writing certificate from the Humber School for Writers, and a number of writing and publishing course certificates from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. My publications include: Together Magazine, CRUNCH compass, Mommy Connections, and The Baby Spot. My first book, Crazy: Memoir of a Mom Gone Mad, was published in October, 2021, with Dixi Books.
