About Me
I was a robotics engineer for fifteen years before becoming a writer. In 2017 I experienced my first manic episode at age 40. I was hospitalized and diagnosed with bipolar 1 mood disorder. Over the following three years I wrote a memoir about my experiences, the mental health care system, and society. Learn about my memoir, Crazy, here, and my new book, Normal, here.
